Vegan Breakfast – Tofu Scramble on Whole Wheat Toast

Here’s what you’ll need:

4oz of Tofu

1/2 Cup of Red Bell Pepper

1 Cup of Spinach

1/4 Cup of Red Onion

1/4 Cup of Chopped Tomato

1 Tbsp of Coconut Aminos

1 tsp of Coconut Oil

1 tsp of Turmeric

1/2 tsp of Sea Salt

Pinch of Black Pepper

2 Slices of Whole Wheat Toast

    At least once a week treat yourself to an indulgent bubble bath. Light a scented candle, fill the tub with warm water and extra foamy, rose, or lavender bubble bath. Put on your favorite tunes, sit back and relax!

    My self-care spa day is on Wednesday. Why Wednesday? It’s in the middle of the week and it keeps me invigorated for the rest of the week.
